Clive Weightman has 35 years of extensive experience in business management and consulting. For 20 years he held management positions in a leading, global chemicals company. These included roles in financial planning, information technology, business analysis and manufacturing. For 12 years, Clive was a Principal in Deloitte Consulting, where he directed the global SAP Practice and majored in ERP transformations for large, global enterprises.
In the ERP market place, Clive focused primarily on SAP for the Consumer Business and Manufacturing Industries. He was involved in opportunity generation, business planning and overall engagement management for such companies as ICI, Dupont, Monsanto and Phillip Morris USA. The engagements usually involved wall-to-wall SAP implementations, ranging in duration from 2-4 years, involving teams as large as 100 consultants and covering many different implementation strategies.
Clive was the key note speaker at the launch of SAP Americas in New York in 1988. He has been a frequent speaker at many SAP international conferences (US, Europe and APA) and several analysts forums on topics such as “The Role of SAP in Business Reengineering,” “Management’s Role in SAP Implementations” and “The CSFs When Implementing SAP.” In 2006, SAP AG awarded Clive their Global Diamond Circle Award for his excellent services to SAP over the last 20 years.
Clive’s role on the Board of Advisors with DES is to strategically assist the firm in identifying opportunities for growth and competitive advantage. Clive advises DES with regard to Relationship Management and Technology Development. His extensive domain expertise within ERP, especially SAP, is a valuable asset to the company
Clive holds a first class honors Bachelor of Science degree from Imperial College, London University. He also holds management diplomas from the Royal College of Science, England and Queens University, Canada

Coupled with his knowledge of business development, Mr. Woods holds extensive experience in Supply Chain processes, systems, and applications as he has held many positions of project/program leads for implementing Planning, Manufacturing, Maintenance, and Inventory Management systems. Having directed efforts in over 20 countries, his skillset includes IT Strategy, Program Development, Value Realization, Relationship Management, and Information Governance. These skills and experiences, combined with his broad technical experience and in-depth knowledge of business processes, have proven invaluable in his drive to produce sustained success for companies he has worked with and for in many industries, company cultures, and organization sizes.
