    John R. Hodge, Managing Partner

    John HodgeJohn R. Hodge has over 20 years of experience in management consulting, business development and executive search for a broad range of clients within the technology, life sciences, manufacturing and financial service markets. John’s expertise in performing executive level search, managing client relationships and new business development continues to strengthen DES Recruitment’s depth in supporting its clients. As the founder of DES Recruitment, John provides the guidance and inspiration behind our growth. He is actively involved in his community and serves on the Board of Directors for a number of non–profit charities. His philosophy is “To whom much is given, much is expected”.

    John holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Ursinus College and an MBA from Villanova University.

    Chris Strasinski, Principal Consultant

    Chris StrasinskiBased in West Chester, Pennsylvania he oversees the strategic direction and other related revenue opportunities for DES Recruiting. Mr. Strasinski has more than 20 years of experience in the medical sales marketplace. His expertise with regard to sales leadership, team building and client management are a tremendous asset to the firm. Chris continues to be a thought leader in the medical device and equipment market place. His senior sales leadership experience includes InfoBionic, Philips Healthcare, CardioNet and Digirad; all focused in the healthcare/medical sales space. In addition, he serves on the Board of Directors for several local organizations including Concord Country Club where he has been a member-elected Board Member for the last 8 years.

    Chris holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Lynn University.

    Joshua Kohler, Executive Search Consultant

    Joshua joined the DES Recruitment team in January 2016. As an Executive Search Consultant, Josh will focus primarily on the cloud enablement and big data spaces, while also working with sales and marketing placements across industries. Josh’s commitment to relationship-building and client satisfaction will perpetuate DES Recruitment’s strong reputation as a front-runner in the technology recruitment space.

    Prior to joining DES Recruitment, Josh spent five years as a recruiter in higher education. He has recruited for Master’s degree programs in Computer Information Science, Information Technology Leadership, Cybersecurity and Instructional Technology Management.

    Josh holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Washington and Jefferson College, and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration degree with LaSalle University, where he is specializing in marketing and management.

    Stephen M. Raquet, Executive Search Consultant

    steveStephen is a member of the DES Recruitment delivery team.  As an Executive Search Consultant, he will work with our clients to develop and implement best of breed practices to identify, attract and retain world- class talent.   Stephen’s commitment to relationship building and client satisfaction continues to increase our reputation as a leader within talent acquisition.

    Prior to joining DES Recruitment, Stephen spent 17 years in the Army to include multiple combat tours in Iraq and Afghanistan.  Stephen brings a sense of commitment and loyalty to his approach to recruitment.  His work ethic and attention to detail are unparalleled.

    Stephen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources Management from Post University, and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration from Post University, where he is specializing in marketing and management.

    Mary Dailey, Talent Acquisition Specialist

    Mary DaileyMary joined the DES Recruitment team in December of 2014. In her role at DES Recruitment, Mary will focus on executive recruiting and broader talent acquisition initiatives across all verticals. Her commitment to quality and client satisfaction will continue to allow DES Recruitment to demonstrate its leadership position in the market place. Prior to joining DES Recruitment, Mary was a Healthcare Recruiter with Maxim Healthcare. She began her recruiting career with in 2011 with American Hearing Aid Associates.

    Mary holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Immaculata University.
